Hello!

I’m Elizabeth, and I’m here to help you conquer those weeknight meals. I LOVE to meal plan. Every Saturday during naptime, you can be sure to find me on the couch with a cup of coffee in one hand and cookbooks in another, always planning next week’s meals. I have a toddler at home, so I KNOW the importance of a no fuss dinner, but you also want to enjoy your meal, right?!

I’ve had an idea to share my meal plans for some time now, and I’m excited to introduce you to The Supper Solution.

Each meal from The Supper Solution is approachable, wholesome and delicious. A bonus? The recipes are often paleo diet-friendly, usually seasonal and ready in about 30 minutes.

The Supper Solution includes 4 meals, the occasional bonus recipe (usually something like a breakfast idea or dessert, sometimes something as simple as salad dressing) and a grocery shopping list.
