A podcast is the new bone broth, am I right?! Somehow I missed the bone broth train altogether, but I'm not complaining. I'm hoping podcasts stick around though, because they're the bomb.
I remember listening to podcasts with Jared when we would take trips in college. We were limited to podcasts by John Piper (highly recommend!) or Dave Ramsey (let's be honest he keeps it REAL), but I never really got into them until we moved to Athens and most of our road trips involved Jared studying in the passenger seat and I was driving with one earbud in, getting lost in whether ADNAN DID IT OR NOT (?!!?!)
Although Serial is over, I find myself listening to podcasts every day on my way home from work, and, when I hear a song on the radio, I have NO clue who is even singing. I'm out of touch, I guess.
In case you're still recovering from Serial and need more podcasts in your life, I've rounded up a few of my favorites! No surprise here - they're mostly about food - but they're seriously interesting, too! Are you listening to any podcasts that I need to know about?
p.s. If you listen to episode 415 of America's Test Kitchen podcast, you might just hear a girl named Elizabeth from Athens, Ga. calling about cookies. (Yes it's me, and yes I used my pageant voice. LOL)
